Animal food is stored on the roof of the practice. When she is not in her practice, she rides her bicycle through the zoo and looks after the animals in the enclosures. She carries food and medicine on her bicycle trailer.
The playset includes a vet and a girl, a giraffe, a monkey and a baby monkey, a baby panda, two turtles, a practice building with examination table, shelf, doctor's case and many other extras to care for the animals.
