Packages are generally dispatched within 1 working day after receipt of payment for in stock products. Customers have the option to have the order delivered to your door in any major centre in South Africa or to collect from a Pudo locker in your area.
Delivery via courier to your door:
We make use of The Courier Guy for door to door deliveries. Once the payment for your order has been received your order will be prepared for dispatch. At this time we will supply you with a tracking number. Courier services are provided at a standard fee for Gauteng of R90 and for all other areas in South Africa of R110. This fee may change as and when necessary.
Courier delivery takes between 1-3 working days, depending on the area the parcel is sent to. If you would like to confirm how long a delivery to your area will take, please feel free to contact us. Once your order is out on delivery The Courier Guy will send you an sms and e-mail with a pin that must be supplied to the driver upon delivery of the package.
Delivery via Pudo Locker to Locker:
We make use of Pudo for Locker to Locker deliveries. PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for collecting your order from the locker of your choice within 36 hours of it's arrival, or your order will be returned to us without a refund on the delivery fee. If you then need us to resend your order, you will be required to pay the delivery fee again. Collection from Pudo lockers is available 24/7.
Once the payment for your order has been received your order will be prepared for dispatch. At this time we will supply you with a tracking number. Pudo Locker delivery service is provided at R60 for the whole of South Africa. This fee may change as and when necessary. Pudo delivery takes between 1-5 working days, depending on the area the parcel is sent to. You will receive an sms with a pin to collect your parcel once it has arrived at the locker of your choice.
If your order does not fit into the largest Pudo locker box, your order will then need to be delivered via courier service.

Returns
We offer free exchanges on items that are faulty or damaged during transit to you. In this case we will arrange for the item to be returned to us so that we can assess the damage or fault with the item. Once the item has been assessed and approved for return, we will supply a new item or a refund.
Should you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about purchasing the item, the item is to be returned to us in it's original packaging at your own cost. Once we have received the item in it's original condition we will will refund you for the item price only. Any shipping fees that were paid will not be refunded in this case.
