Magic Snow

Snow powder contains Sodium Polyacylate - a synthetic super absorbent polymer (SAP) and sodium salt of polyacrylic acid that can absorb 100 to 1,000 times its dry mass in water. It is generally considered non-toxic and skin-safe in typical consumer and cosmetic concentrations (usually between 0.2% and 5%).
