They offer a rich, smooth texture as well as superb blending qualities. The Dala Flesh Tones Soft Chalk Pastels contain 12 pastels in assorted flesh tones from light to dark. Each pastel measures 65mm x 10mm.
Available in rich vibrant shades, grey tones and flesh tones (each sold separately).

Dala soft chalk pastels are a lovely colour medium for students and artists a like. Use them on plain, toned or black paper.
They blend beautifully, and like charcoal, they lend themselves to various smudging techniques.
Use Dala greytone and fleshtone soft chalk pastels for figurative sketching, drawing and portraiture. Use the multicoloured packs for vibrant, bold artworks.
Spray with a fixative spray between layers or a final layer once your artwork is complete to prevent smudging.
